What Happens in a Session
Sessions are guided conversations combined with body awareness and nervous-system regulation — helping you notice, process, and shift what’s held beneath the surface.
There’s no fixed structure. Each session meets what’s present and unfolds at a pace your system can sustain.
Who This Is For
This work often supports people navigating stress, burnout, injury, life disruption, or a sense of being stuck — even when it’s hard to explain why.
You don’t need a clear problem — just a sense that something isn’t quite right.
The Space We Work In
Sessions unfold in rhythm with place — a walk by the water, stillness in a sauna, quiet conversation, or time in nature.
The environment supports the body to soften, listen, and reset.
When place and presence align, the body remembers how to rest.

Sessions may occasionally extend when needed — guided by the moment, not the clock.
