Privacy & Respect
A quieter approach to the modern digital world.
We recognise that privacy has become one of the most valuable — and increasingly rare — aspects of modern life. For many people navigating visibility, pressure, transition, healing, leadership, or personal change, privacy is not simply administrative. It is part of feeling safe.
At Coaching Collective, we approach personal information, communication, and shared conversation with care, discretion, and respect. We intentionally aim to keep data collection minimal and communication clear. We prefer depth of interaction over volume of interaction. We do not believe trust is built through pressure, surveillance, overexposure, or unnecessary digital intrusion.
Our intention is simple:
To create calmer, more respectful environments for conversation, reflection, and support.
What We Collect
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to:
– Respond to enquiries
– Arrange conversations or sessions
– Support communication
– Provide services you choose to engage with
– Maintain basic operational, security, and legal requirements
Depending on your interaction with us, this may include:
– Your name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Scheduling information
– Information you voluntarily choose to share
We aim to avoid unnecessary data collection wherever reasonably possible.
Confidentiality & Care
Many conversations held within this field are personal, reflective, or sensitive in nature. We treat these conversations with discretion and care. Information shared within sessions, correspondence, or collaborative support environments is not shared externally unless:
– You explicitly request or consent to it
– It is legally required
– There is a serious concern relating to immediate safety or harm
Where practitioners work collaboratively within the Collective, information sharing remains minimal, intentional, and relevant only to the support being provided.
A Calm Digital Environment
We are consciously exploring ways to create a lower-stimulation digital experience. Where possible, we aim to:
– Reduce unnecessary notifications
– Avoid manipulative engagement tactics
– Minimise invasive tracking
– Limit unnecessary emails and automation
– Create clearer and more spacious pathways for communication
We believe calmer environments support clearer connection.
Cookies & Analytics
Like most modern websites, limited technical information may be collected automatically for functionality, performance, security, and operational purposes. Where analytics are used, our preference is for minimal and privacy-conscious tools wherever reasonably possible. We do not aim to create invasive behavioural tracking systems around visitors.
Third-Party Services
Some services — including scheduling, payments, video communication, newsletters, or operational systems — may be managed through carefully selected third-party providers. These services may process limited personal information as part of their functionality. Where possible, we aim to work with providers that align with strong privacy and security standards.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, or operational purposes.
Your Rights
You may request to:
– Access your information
– Correct inaccurate information
– Withdraw consent
– Request deletion of personal data where applicable
If you would like to make a request, you can contact us directly.
Intended Audience
Our services and communications are generally intended for adults unless otherwise agreed with appropriate consent and support.

Final Note
We understand that trust is earned slowly. Part of trust is knowing your information, communication, and personal reflections will be treated with care rather than extraction. That principle quietly informs how we communicate, collaborate, and hold space across the Collective.
